Agent-on-Duty on call after 5 pm and weekends.

At Guaranty GMAC Real Estate, a team of 38 professionals are lead by Francis MacDonald. With 30+ years of experience, Francis shares his vast knowledge of the Real Estate market with his team.

Weekly Sales Meetings bring the agents together to discuss current listings and potential buyers. These meetings strive to promote your property to a team with a network that spans the entire province.

Another unique feature that Guaranty GMAC offers to its clients is agent tours, in which the entire team visits your property to give feedback to your agent on the best way to capitalize on the saleability of your home in today’s market.

Through in house training seminars and hired professionals, the team at Guaranty GMAC is always current in an ever evolving Real Estate market. At the completion of buying or selling your property, a third party provider gives the opportunity to submit anonymous feedback on your experience with our company. This feedback is important to us as it allows us to maintain our 100% client satisfaction rating.

Philanthropy

We are a community oriented business that is currently donating a percentage of all closed transactions to Feed Nova Scotia, a non-for-profit charity organization that provides year round deliveries to their 150 member food banks and meal programs which serve 40,000 Nova Scotians per month.
